• Signing a member form simply confirms your support for our coalition and its mission to advocate for the responsible expansion of Coffin Butte Landfill. It does not obligate you - or your business or organization - to contribute time or money, attend meetings, or make any public statements. Members are always welcome to become more involved in coalition activities if they choose - but any further participation is entirely voluntary.

• To demonstrate the strength and diversity of our coalition, member names may appear in materials such as fact sheets, brochures, websites, letterhead, and potentially advertisements. By signing the form, you give Benton Clean & Strong permission to publicly list your name as a coalition member and supporter. All messaging will be based on verifiable facts, and our activities will be conducted in full compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Any titles or affiliations listed will be used for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement of any affiliated business, group or institution unless explicitly granted.

• Your contact information will only be used for direct communication between Benton Clean & Strong and you as a member. We will never sell, share, or distribute your information to outside entities, organizations, or businesses.
