• Signing a member form simply confirms your support for our coalition and its mission to advocate for the responsible expansion of Coffin Butte Landfill. It does not obligate you to contribute time or money, attend meetings, or make any public statements. Members are always welcome to become more involved in coalition activities if they choose - but any further participation is entirely voluntary.

• To demonstrate the strength and diversity of our coalition, we may include member names in materials such as fact sheets, brochures, websites, or other public-facing communications. By signing this form, you are giving permission for Benton Clean & Strong to publicly list your name as a supporter of the coalition's efforts. All campaign materials will be on verifiable information, and our activities will be conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Any titles or affiliations listed will be used for identification purposes only, and do not imply endorsement by any affiliated organization or business unless that endorsement has been explicitly granted.

• Your contact information will only be used for direct communication between Benton Clean & Strong and you as a member. We will never sell, share, or distribute your information to outside entities, organizations, or businesses.
